A list of changes to the CASTE pdf. (there should probably have been one of these long ago.)

- Moved Talent Creation to before the Talent Types section and the Talent effects per level. Hopefully this will make creating a talent more more understandable.
- Changed the rules for Meta-Effects: Meta Effects are now Supernatural Effects of level 3 and above (not just Level 3) that can only affect Talent Effects of equal or Lower Level. The ultimate change this creates is that the "extended", "expanded", etc. Effects cannot improve Effects of equal level or higher. This normalized the Effects by level power curve back to its intended Power Scale.

- altered Cost reduction Effect to "target" a Talents Effect and modify the cost of that targeted effects Talent. This, given the changes to Meta-Effects, returns the Sp reduction Effect to normal functionality.

- Combat is better defined as exemplifying "ones own" physical traits. This was changed to compliment better the changes in the next paragraph. More changes may occur to better exemplify the limmits of Combat and its Supernatural aspects.
- Supernatural Combat Talents are now described as being able to modify all mundane Combat Effect Talents as was always intended (Instead of mundane Combat Active Talents only [which meant no buffs, healing, supernatural strength or non-attack based actions]). Apologies to those who may have been frustrated or confused by the unintended lingo as it was written.
