A General Theory of Labour & Wages
By Bryant Baxter
This is a look into the value of a characters labor if they were to be paid for their work.

Theory

Economic Assumptions: In this module it is assumed that there is no inequilibrium in damand for labour.

Value of Labour:

Theory: A character under normal circumstances can perform ~33 monies worth of work per day. In such a situation that character requires 4 character points to produce that work.

Guideline: Given this idea each character point required to produce (directly or indirectly from requisites) any given article or perform any given task is worth ~8 monies per work day.

Productive Abstracts: Abstract Talents that allow for quicker labours obviously cannot be worth the same as a Talent that simply allows for the prouction labour. Given that an Abstract Talent can allow for an 11 monies increase in production it stands to reason that such a Talent would be worth ~11 monies per work day.

Job Difficulty: Certain Projects might have a difficulty attached to them that makes only higher skilled labourers able to complete the job. If the difficulty is a numerical penalty then each point of stat that is required to meet these penalties is worth 1 monies per day. Impossabilities simply use the standard value of Labour guidelines.
